What happens if we add grated ginger to this juice?
Such juice is, of course, completely natural and healthy. Besides its cleansing and detoxifying effects, it also treats inflammation and strengthens the immune system. It has also been proven invaluable in the fight against cancer.
Ingredients:
- 5 slices of watermelon
- 5 centimeters of grated ginger
- juice of 1 lemon
Cut the watermelon into smaller pieces. Remember, you can use everything, including the rind (well, you can discard the dark green outer rind, but the light fleshy part is rich in vitamins). Add the grated ginger and blend everything together in a mixer. You can chill the juice in the fridge for about an hour, and for taste and decoration, you can also add a few mint leaves.
Drink only fresh juice prepared on the same day.
