Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilogram of carrots
- 5 tablespoons of honey
Clean the carrots and slice them into rounds. Place them in a pot and add enough water to cover them completely. Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer until the carrots are soft. Then, remove the pot from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
Next, mash the carrots into a puree. Let it cool further to room temperature (the ideal temperature is 36{-15696}C), and only then add the honey. Mix well, pour it into a glass jar, and store it in a cool, dark place.
Eat 3 to 4 tablespoons a day, ideally before each meal.
This mixture is highly effective in preventing and treating colds and coughs, reducing mucus in the lungs, and it's rich in vitamin C and B-complex vitamins. It strengthens the immune system and protects against flu, colds, and other respiratory illnesses.
