How can you boost your metabolism in the healthiest way?
Only one food has proven exceptional properties that improve blood composition while also speeding up metabolism, combating fatigue, and alleviating feelings of unwellness. Do you know what it is?
If you're gaining weight, feeling tired, and your movements are slow and sluggish, the problem is almost certainly a lack of iron and magnesium. A blood test doesn’t always show this, but these deficiencies primarily disrupt thyroid hormone function. The solution to this issue is more magnesium, more iron, and above all, a faster metabolism.

A sluggish metabolism greatly affects how we feel, and if it continues over time, it can also impact our health. Today, we know that metabolism is strongly linked to the energy the body has, which in turn is connected to the levels of magnesium and iron.

The problem is that many people think they need to eat more, and that will fix things, but the answer requires a more precise approach. Spinach is the key element because it has the highest levels of iron and magnesium in one, and only this combination can wake us from our autumn lethargy.

The best part is, you can eat spinach raw or cooked, as its nutrients remain unchanged regardless of the type of heat treatment.

Raw spinach is the best, but only if you combine it with ginger and celery. Such a vegetable juice is tastier and surprisingly healthy.

Some recommend adding the juice of half a lemon to the mixture, while others suggest straining the juice. Don’t do any of that! Don’t experiment with lemon either (save lemon for lemonade instead!).

Make sure you get as much of the combination of iron and magnesium into your body as possible, because only these two elements together speed up digestion and most efficiently process calories from food. This is the main reason why you’re gaining weight, even if you don't eat much.
