Do you know about a recipe with just one ingredient that can help regulate high blood pressure?

Did you know that sunflower seeds can also be a great remedy? They’re packed with vitamins and minerals, and are particularly effective at balancing blood pressure in the body. To make a sunflower seed drink, you’ll need shelled seeds and four times as much water. This means for every 100 grams of seeds, you’ll need 400 ml of water.

Here’s how to prepare it:
  • Place the seeds in a pot and pour water over them.
  • Heat it up slowly on the stove and simmer for about two hours. Make sure the mixture is heated just below boiling point.

After cooking, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for about 30 minutes. Then strain the mixture into a glass jug, which you can store in the fridge or at least in a cool, dark place.

You can drink this to boost your immune system, but if you drink 1 liter of this daily (which requires about 250 grams of seeds), you may notice an improvement in your blood pressure after just a few days. Of course, this doesn’t mean you should stop taking your other medications—it's still very important to monitor your blood pressure regularly. Drinks like this one can help enhance and speed up the effects of your treatment.

However, it’s essential to consult with your doctor before consuming larger amounts of sunflower seed juice.
