1. Fat-Burning DrinkIngredients:
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 dcl kefir
Mix all ingredients and let it sit for at least an hour. Drink it all at once, preferably before meals, or even better, on an empty stomach.
