5 Reasons Why You're Always Hungry
Psychologists have compiled a list of reasons why we feel hungry more often than normal. Do you recognize yourself in any of these points?
1. Over 50% of people are overweight because they have too much free time. Mostly, these are people who are heavily burdened at work and don't have the energy to engage in any hobbies at home. As a result, they mostly end up in front of the TV and spend the rest of the day on the couch.

2. Rampant hormones are another common reason for gaining weight. Internal balance can be a result of the biological clock, or you may be to blame for causing hormonal imbalance yourself. This can happen if you overindulge in carbohydrates, eat too many sweets, or often experience hormonal fluctuations due to excessive fasting. You also gain weight if you don't eat balanced meals.

3. Personal dissatisfaction and disappointment in private life are reasons for obesity in a quarter of people. Many have problems with superiors or partners, are disappointed with their lives, and may not achieve the successes they envision in society. Many use food to solve their psychological problems.

4. You gain weight even if you think too much about food, are surrounded by food too much (colleagues and shared lunches are the most dangerous), or if you watch too many TV shows where delicious meals are prepared... You might not have known, but in 70% of cases where we feel hungry, it's the brain's fault.

5. If you eat well in the morning, you'll be safe from temptation all day. If you don't eat in the morning, you'll be hungry all day and subconsciously look for food everywhere, eventually finding it.

And finally, a piece of advice: Weight loss isn't about starving; it's about reforming your eating habits.
